If you need an exchange or refund, this is what you should know:
- You have 30 calendar days to make your change from the date the order was placed
- If your purchase was $1,500 pesos mx or more, the cost of shipping (round trip) for you is completely free, but if your purchase was for an amount less than $1,500 pesos mx. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility (the customer).
- If your order does not cover the cost of free shipping, you can send us the merchandise using your own means, or we can quote you the shipping through any of the parcel companies we work with (red pack, fedex, post office, or any other package available) as is at the cost that our guide (shipping) provider provides it to us, we do not receive any profit from this, we only want to support you so that the return of the merchandise is as simple and economical as possible for you.
- Once we receive your product, we will check that it is in good condition (as it was sent) and we will notify you of receipt so that you can place a new order or request a refund.
